UPUA Academic Affairs Committee Minutes, Agendas, and Presentation Reports

Minutes shall be kept for all AAC General Meetings, sub-committee- and caucuses meetings. At a minimum, minutes shall contain a summary of all discussion, legislation considered including amendments, all vote results, and the attendance of members present. Minutes shall be approved by their respective bodies at their next meeting but submitted to every General Meeting as a record of each sub-committees’ or caucuses’ progress. Minutes that have not been approved will state that they are “pending approval.” Minutes shall be collected in the Annual Report Binder in 314 HUB-Robeson Center.
